AMV_C_CHANNELS_B stores all Channels that exist in the system. A Channel is place to which information (e.g. items/urls/files/messages) can be published. A channel can be of two types, 'content' or 'group'. A content channel is a channel the end user can subscribe to. A group channel is a one-to-one relationship with a user group and is used to push information to a certain user group.
Channels are a means to classify items and ultimately deliver information. Channels are categorized and defined by attributes. The outcome is channel properties, which determine what content items may exist in a given channel.

Example of two rule conditions:
Customer.Revenue 'BETWEEN 100 and 200'
Customer.Profile = 'Fortune 500 Company'
So, this table documents the fact that this item should only be published to the calling application (e.g. Deal Maker from OFS) if both of the conditions above are met. ('Met' means that the parameters passed in by the calling application contain these values). Basically this table can be seen as grouping rule conditions together with an 'AND' condition.
