FEM_ENTITIES_B_T is an interface table for loading and updating Entity members using the Dimension Member Loader. This is the identifying table for new members, so that there
is one row for each new Entity member that you wish to load. In order to load new members, you will also need to populate the FEM_ENTITIES_ATTR_T and FEM_ENTITIES_TL_T interface tables
appropriately.
Each distinct member is always identified by the non translatable alphanumeric identifier for the Entity. The ENTITY_DISPLAY_CODE column in the interface tables stores this identifier.
