HIST_END_DT	DATE		The effective end date/time of the history record.
HIST_WHO	NUMBER	(15)	The Oracle username of the person who created the history record.
VERSION_NUMBER	NUMBER		A number signifying the version of the course in which the student enrols.
CAL_TYPE	VARCHAR2	(10)	The name of the calendar type in which the course is offered. It is usual for award courses to be offered in the standard academic calendar.
LOCATION_CD	VARCHAR2	(10)	The location, typically a campus, from where the student's course is offered.
ATTENDANCE_MODE	VARCHAR2	(10)	The institution-defined attendance modes in which the course is offered. Institution-defined attendance modes may include, for example, N -On Campus-, F -Off Campus- and M -Multi-modal-. See also Element 329 Higher Education Student Data Collection Documentation 1997, DETYA.
ATTENDANCE_TYPE	VARCHAR2	(10)	The institution-defined attendance type in which the course is offered. Institution-defined attendance types may include, for example, F -Full-time- and P -Part-time-. See also Element 330 Higher Education Student Data Collection Documentation 1997, DETYA.
STUDENT_CONFIRMED_IND	VARCHAR2	(1)	An indicator which specifies whether a commencing student has confirmed their intention to enrol. Setting the checkbox -ticked- changes the course status from UNCONFIRM to INACTIVE or ENROLLED and inserts the course commencement date.
COMMENCEMENT_DT	DATE		The date on which the student commenced the current course for the first time. See Element 328 Higher Education Student Data Collection Documentation 1997, DETYA.
MANUAL_OVR_CMPL_DT_IND	VARCHAR2	(1)	Manual Override Completion Date Indicator. Possibel values are 'Y' and 'N'. If the column has a value of 'Y' then the completion date is overridden. Default value should be 'N'

COURSE_ATTEMPT_STATUS	VARCHAR2	(30)	The student course attempt status is a system derived value and will be one of the following- UNCONFIRMED, INACTIVE, ENROLLED, DISCONTINUED INTERMITTED, LAPSED or COMPLETED. Under certain circumstances a course may also have been DELETED.
PROGRESSION_STATUS	VARCHAR2	(30)	The progression status of the student course attempt. The value will be one of EXCLUSION -student is currently excluded-, EXPULSION -student has been expelled-, GOODSTAND -student is in good standing-, PROBATION -student is on probation-, SHOWCASUSE -student is eligible to show cause against progression outcomes-, SUSPENSION -student is currently suspended- or, UNDCONSID -student has progression outcomes under consideration-.
DERIVED_ATT_TYPE	VARCHAR2	(10)	Displays the institution-defined derived attendance type for the student's course attempt. Typically the value will be F -full-time- or P -part-time-. Institution-defined attendance types are mapped to Element 330 of the Higher Education Student Data Collection 1997, DETYA.
DERIVED_ATT_MODE	VARCHAR2	(10)	Displays the institution-defined derived attendance mode for the student's course attempt. Typically the value will be either N -On Campus- all units studied on campus-, F -Off Campus- all units studied off campus- or Multi-modal -a mixture of On Campus and Off Campus study-. Modes are mapped to Element 329 of the Higher Education Student Data Collection 1997, DETYA.
PROVISIONAL_IND	VARCHAR2	(1)	An indicator which specifies whether the student's admission and enrolment in the course is provisional. Setting the checkbox -ticked- indicates that the course candidature is provisional. The indicator is maintained manually.
DISCONTINUED_DT	DATE		The effective date on which the student's course attempt was discontinued.
DISCONTINUATION_REASON_CD	VARCHAR2	(10)	Identifies the primary reason behind the discontinuation of the student's course attempt, as given by the student.
LAPSED_DT	DATE		This field describes the date on which the student course attempt was lapsed.
FUNDING_SOURCE	VARCHAR2	(10)	The Funding Source applicable to the student's course attempt. A majority of students are funded from the Commonwealth operating grant, however an increasing number of students are self-funded or paid for by industry.
EXAM_LOCATION_CD	VARCHAR2	(10)	The code of an examination centre nominated by the student as their default examination location. This location is overridden if the student nominates a different location for a specific unit.
DERIVED_COMPLETION_YR	NUMBER		The year in which the student is expected to have completed all course requirements providing the current rate of progress is maintained. If a value exists in the Admissions sub system it will be copied to this field by the pre-enrolment process.
DERIVED_COMPLETION_PERD	VARCHAR2	(1)	The period, or part of the year, at which time the student is expected to have completed all course requirements provided they maintain their current rate of progress. The allowable values are SUMMER, MID -Mid-year- or END -End of Year-. If a value exists in the Admissions sub system it will be copied to this field by the pre-enrolment process.
NOMINATED_COMPLETION_YR	NUMBER		The year in which the student considers they will have completed all course requirements. The student also nominates the expected period -Summer, Mid-year or End of Year- of course completion.
NOMINATED_COMPLETION_PERD	VARCHAR2	(30)	The period, or part of the year, at which time the student considers they will have completed all course requirements. The allowable values are SUMMER, MID -Mid-year- or END -End of Year-. The student also nominates the year of expected course completion.
RULE_CHECK_IND	VARCHAR2	(1)	An indicator which specifies whether the system will check the student's academic record for course completion. Setting the indicator -ticked- causes the system to check course completion rules. De-selecting the indicator -blank- turns off system checking and the student's course completion status must be assessed manually.
WAIVE_OPTION_CHECK_IND	VARCHAR2	(1)	An indicator which specifies whether any warnings applied as a result of forced element course offering option checks are waived. Checks are made of the student's location attendance mode and attendance type. Selecting the checkbox -ticked- waives the warnings.
LAST_RULE_CHECK_DT	DATE		This field describes the date of the last complete rule check of the student's enrolment.
PUBLISH_OUTCOMES_IND	VARCHAR2	(1)	An indicator which specifies whether the student is to have their results published in the press and/or on public notice- boards. The indicator defaults to Y -ticked-. De-selecting the indicator suppresses publication of results except in a formal certificate of results or academic transcript.
COURSE_RQRMNT_COMPLETE_IND	VARCHAR2	(1)	This field describes whether the system has detected the student's course requirements to be complete. If set, the student would be picked up by the graduation sub-system, gain Academic Organisational Unit -AOU- approval and set the course attempt status to complete.
COURSE_RQRMNTS_COMPLETE_DT	DATE		The date upon which course requirements were deemed to have been completed.
S_COMPLETED_SOURCE_TYPE	VARCHAR2	(10)	Describes whether completion of course requirements was detected by the system following evaluation of rules, or set manually.
OVERRIDE_TIME_LIMITATION	NUMBER		STUDENT_COURSE_ATTEMPT.OVERRIDE_TIME_LIMITATION
ADVANCED_STANDING_IND	VARCHAR2	(1)	An indicator which specifies whether or not the student has been granted an amount of advanced standing which contributes towards the satisfaction of course requirements. Details of any approved and granted advanced standing are maintained in the Advanced Standing Details form, ADVF4200.
FEE_CAT	VARCHAR2	(10)	The fee category applicable to the student's course attempt. Fee categories are used to define the set of fees and charges applicable to a student studying a particular course.
CORRESPONDENCE_CAT	VARCHAR2	(10)	The Correspondence Category applicable to the student's course attempt. Correspondence categories are used to define the set of system generated and non-system originated correspondence items which will be sent to the student.
SELF_HELP_GROUP_IND	VARCHAR2	(1)	This field uniquely identifies the calendar instance.
ADM_ADMISSION_APPL_NUMBER	NUMBER		This field describes the admissions application number which resulted in the student course attempt.
ADM_NOMINATED_COURSE_CD	VARCHAR2	(6)	This field describes the admissions course code which resulted in the student course attempt.
ADM_SEQUENCE_NUMBER	NUMBER		This field describes the admissions application sequence number which resulted in the student course attempt.
