Number of months by the context date alias is offset from the related date alias. Values may be positive or negative. It can be used in conjunction with DAY, WEEK and or MONTH offset values.
NUMBER_OF_YEAR_OFFSET NUMBER (1)
Number of years the context date alias is offset from the related date alias. Values may be positive or negative. It can be used in conjunction iwth DAY,WEEK and or MONTH offset values.
