HIST_END_DT DATE

The effective end date/time of the history record.

OFFER_DT DATE

Describes the date that an offer of admission was made to the applicant.
OFFER_RESPONSE_DT DATE

Indicates the date by which an applicant must respond to the offer of admission. After this date, the offer would be expired by the process that changes the offer response status to LAPSED.
PRPSD_COMMENCEMENT_DT DATE

This field describes the proposed commencement date for an admission course application instance.
ADM_CNDTNL_OFFER_STATUS VARCHAR2 (10)
This field describes the status assigned to an admission course application in relation to a conditional offer.
CNDTNL_OFFER_SATISFIED_DT DATE

This field describes the date on which a conditional offer was satisfied or waived.
CNDTNL_OFFER_MUST_BE_STSFD_IND VARCHAR2 (1)
This field describes whether or not a conditional offer must be satisfied before the offer can be accepted.
ADM_OFFER_RESP_STATUS VARCHAR2 (10)
This field describes the offer response status of the admission course application instance.
ACTUAL_RESPONSE_DT DATE

This field describes the actual date a response was made by an applicant to an offer.
ADM_OFFER_DFRMNT_STATUS VARCHAR2 (10)
This field describes the offer deferment status of the admission course application instance.
DEFERRED_ADM_CAL_TYPE VARCHAR2 (10)
This field describes the admission calendar type of the admission period to which the offer has been deferred.
DEFERRED_ADM_CI_SEQUENCE_NUM NUMBER

This field describes the academic calendar sequence number of the admission period to which the offer has been deferred.
DEFERRED_TRACKING_ID NUMBER

This field describes the tracking ID of the deferral request that has been forwarded for assessment.
ASS_RANK NUMBER

Rank of applicant where offers are determined by comparing all applicants and choosing the highest ranked to satisfy course quotas.
SECONDARY_ASS_RANK NUMBER

Secondary ranking of an applicant if the desire is to force an offer, or restrict an offer when determining course offers by comparing all applicants.
INTRNTNL_ACCEPTANCE_ADVICE_NUM NUMBER

This is the number on the government form that goes with the offer letter for international applicants to take to the embassy overseas to get their visa.
ASS_TRACKING_ID NUMBER

This field describes the tracking ID of an application that has been forwarded for assessment.
FEE_CAT VARCHAR2 (10)
The Fee Category applicable to the course admission. Fee categories are used to define the set of fees and charges applicable to a student studying a particular course.
HECS_PAYMENT_OPTION VARCHAR2 (10)
This field describes the HECS payment option associated with an offer. This will enable enrolment fee invoices to be produced.
EXPECTED_COMPLETION_YR NUMBER

The year in which the assessor considers the applicant will have completed all course requirements. The assessor also nominates the expected period (Summer, Mid-year or End of Year) of course completion. This information can be derived from the course version standard F/T and P/T completion time values but may need to be overridden when advanced standing is a consideration. This information will also enable the determination of fee-paying applicant contract durations.
EXPECTED_COMPLETION_PERD VARCHAR2 (1)
The period, or part of the year, at which time the assessor considers the applicant will have completed all course requirements. The allowable values are Summer, Mid-year or End of Year. The assessor also nominates the year of expected course completion.
CORRESPONDENCE_CAT VARCHAR2 (10)
The Correspondence Category applicable to the student's course admission. Correspondence categories are used to define the set of system generated and non-system originated correspondence items which will be sent to the student.
ENROLMENT_CAT VARCHAR2 (10)
A unique institution-defined code used to describe an Enrolment Category. Enrolment categories are used to define the processes and procedures involved in the enrolment of particular groups of students.
FUNDING_SRC VARCHAR2 (10)
A unique identifier for the institution-defined funding source. This must be mapped to a Government funding source.
APPLICANT_ACPTNCE_CNDTN VARCHAR2 (2000)
This describes the conditions the applicant is requesting as part of their acceptance of an offer e.g. request for scholarship granted, advanced standing approved.
CNDTNL_OFFER_CNDTN VARCHAR2 (2000)
This field describes the conditions of a conditional offer. An assessor may use this field to list conditions the applicant must satisfy in order to satisfy the conditional offer.
TRANSFER_COURSE_CD VARCHAR2 (6)
This field describes the course code of the student course attempt that the person is applying to transfer from.
BASIS_FOR_ADMISSION_TYPE VARCHAR2 (10)
This field describes the institution-defined basis for admission type of the admission course application.
ADMISSION_CD VARCHAR2 (10)
This field describes the institution-defined admission code of the admission course application.
COURSE_RANK_SET VARCHAR2 (30)
This field describes the ranking of an applicant. The course rank set was identified via QTAC offer course preference data eg. YR 12 = 1:2:3 (OP1) or 25:2:3 (OP25); Non YR12 = 98:78:45. For YR12, 1 in the first position represents the highest ranked applicant (25 lowest). Fields 2 and 3 represent descriptors. For Non YR12, 99 represents the highest ranked applicant (equates to 1 for YR12, then 78 would represent a rank achieved in tertiary education etc.).
COURSE_RANK_SCHEDULE VARCHAR2 (10)
This field describes the TAC schedule that the course rank set was based upon.
REQ_FOR_RECONSIDERATION_IND VARCHAR2 (1)
Describes whether a request for reconsideration has been made (for example, if the applicant is unsuccessful in obtaining an offer due to quota restrictions). If the Reconsideration Indicator is set, an unsuccessful application will be reconsidered in the next admission period when the course offering pattern is available.
REQ_FOR_ADV_STANDING_IND VARCHAR2 (1)
Indicates a request for advanced standing has been made by the applicant.
