AWARD_COURSE_CD	VARCHAR2	(6)		The course code associated with the graduand's award. This code is typically the same as the graduand course code, but is different if the award is associated with an alternative exit. For example, the graduand's course attempt code is EA477 - Graduate Diploma of Computing. The graduand elects not to complete the program and has completed requirements for the alternative exit program EA377-Graduate Certificate of Computing. In this case, the graduand program secode is EA477 and the award course code is EA377. An award course code is not required for honorary awards.
AWARD_CRS_VERSION_NUMBER	NUMBER	(3)		Describes the version number of the program for the award which the graduand is receiving
AWARD_CD	VARCHAR2	(10)	Yes	The code for the award the graduand is receiving
HONOURS_LEVEL	VARCHAR2	(3)		The honours level granted to the graduand. The honours level list of values can contain other levels of achievement in addition to the standard honours levels. For example, pass with distinction and pass with merit. --Obsolete
CONFERRAL_DT	DATE			The date the award is conferred. An award can be conferred when council approves a graduand for graduation, or when the graduation ceremony is held. --Obsolete
GRADUAND_STATUS	VARCHAR2	(10)	Yes	The current progress status of the graduand. For example, are potential-course requirements are not yet completed, eligible - courserequirements completed and graduated - award conferred.
GRADUAND_APPR_STATUS	VARCHAR2	(10)	Yes	The status of the graduand's approval to graduate. Approval is institution-defined. For example, it can be defined as University Council approval of graduands to graduate, or academic organisational unit confirmation of eligible or potentially eligible graduands tograduate.
S_GRADUAND_TYPE	VARCHAR2	(10)	Yes	The type assigned to the graduand, that defines their graduation 'intentions'. The available set of graduand types are attending - will attend graduation ceremony to receive award inabsentia - wishes to receive award, but will not attend ceremony articulate - award declined in favour of pursuing studies for a higher award deferred - wishes to receive award, but at an undefined ceremony in a later round unknown - intentions not yet advised declined - award declined for other reasons. The default type for automatically created graduand records is unknown.
GRADUATION_NAME	VARCHAR2	(80)	Yes	The graduand name to appear on the testamur or certificate. The default graduand name is derived from the person's given names and surname, but it can be overridden.
PROXY_AWARD_IND	VARCHAR2	(1)	Yes	Indicates and specifies if or not the award is to be presented to a proxy - identified by the proxy award person ID. Selecting the checkbox, indicates that the award is to be received by a proxy. The indicator must be set if the graduand is deceased and the graduand type is attending.
PROXY_AWARD_PERSON_ID	NUMBER	(15)		The ID of the person acting as the proxy. For example, if the award is posthumous, the ID of the person receiving the award must be entered. If the proxy does not have an existing person record in the database, a record must first be created in the form maintain person detail.
PREVIOUS_QUALIFICATIONS	VARCHAR2	(2000)		A text field for entering any previous qualifications obtained by the graduand. Details can be announced or included in reports, such as the ceremony programme extract.
CONVOCATION_MEMBERSHIP_IND	VARCHAR2	(1)	Yes	Indicates and specifies if the graduand's desire for convocation membership. The indicator is set if the graduand requests membership.
SUR_FOR_COURSE_CD	VARCHAR2	(6)		The code of the course for that the graduand is surrendering a received award, or for which an articulating graduand is declining an eligible award. This detail must be provided when the graduand status is set to surrender or the graduand type is set to articulate.
SUR_FOR_CRS_VERSION_NUMBER	NUMBER	(3)		The version of the program for that the graduand is surrendering a a received award, or for which an articulating graduand is declining an eligible award.
SUR_FOR_AWARD_CD	VARCHAR2	(10)		An award that the graduand is surrendering a received award, or or that an articulating graduand is declining an eligible award. This detail must be provided when the graduand status is set to surrender or the graduand type is set to articulate.
COMMENTS	VARCHAR2	(2000)		A text field forentering any additional detail about the graduand. For examples, AOU reason for not approving a graduand, notes on acceptance of an alternative exit program award.
