FEM_NAT_ACCTS_B_T is an interface table for loading and updating Natural Account members using the Dimension Member Loader. This is the identifying table for new members, so that there
is one row for each new Natural Account member that you wish to load. In order to load new members, you will also need to populate the FEM_NAT_ACCTS_ATTR_T and FEM_NAT_ACCTS_TL_T interface tables appropriately.
