Setting the checkbox to 'system default' ensures that this institution-defined status will be used when referred to from the relevant system-defined status.
CLOSED_IND	VARCHAR2	(1)	Yes	Specifies if the admission offer deferment status is open or closed. Setting the checkbox to 'closed' prevents use of the admission offer deferment status in new or modified admission application records.
