This is the Service Request Backlog base summary table. It stores details of each service request in the backlog. There is one row for each service request for each consecutive range of days that it is in the backlog with the same dimensional values. When a service request is updated with different dimensional values the current row is end-dated, and if the service request is still in backlog, a new row is added with the new dimensional values.
