LATEST_PICKUP_DATE	VARCHAR2	(40)		It is in local timezone corresponding to mst_delivery_details.latest_pickup_date which is server timezone concatenated with local timezone. Pickup location is considered as local.
EARLIEST_ACCEPTABLE_DATE	VARCHAR2	(40)		It is in local timezone corresponding to mst_delivery_details.earliest_acceptable_date which is in server timezone concatenated with local timezone. Dropoff location is considered as local.
