VERSION_NUMBER	NUMBER	(3)	Version number is used to uniquely identify each version of a unit.
HIST_START_DT	DATE		The effective start date/time of the history record.
HIST_END_DT	DATE		The effective end date/time of the history record.
HIST_WHO	NUMBER	(15)	The Oracle username of the person who created the history record.
START_DT	DATE		The date on which this version of the unit became current.
REVIEW_DT	DATE		The date on which this version of the unit is due for review.
EXPIRY_DT	DATE		The date on the unit version expires. Students already studying this unit version may remain enrolled. No further enrolments are normally allowable.
END_DT	DATE		The date on which this version of the unit closed. No students can can be enrolled in a closed unit version
UNIT_STATUS	VARCHAR2	(10)	The institution-defined status of a unit which maps to a system unit status. A unit is established with a system equivalent status of PLANNED. For students to be enrolled in the unit it must have a system equivalent status of ACTIVE. When the unit is no longer to be offered it is given a system equivalent status of INACTIVE. INACTIVE units may be archived.
TITLE	VARCHAR2	(90)	The title of the unit.
SHORT_TITLE	VARCHAR2	(40)	The short name of the unit.
TITLE_OVERRIDE_IND	VARCHAR2	(1)	An indicator which specifies whether the title of the unit can be overridden at the student unit attempt level. Setting the checkbox (ticked) allows the title to be overridden.
ABBREVIATION	VARCHAR2	(20)	The abbreviated name of the unit
UNIT_LEVEL	VARCHAR2	(4)	The normal year level of the unit.
UL_DESCRIPTION	VARCHAR2	(60)	An explanation of the unit level.
CREDIT_POINT_DESCRIPTOR	VARCHAR2	(30)	The institution's name for credit points
ENROLLED_CREDIT_POINTS	NUMBER		The number of credit points in which the student is considered to be enrolled
POINTS_OVERRIDE_IND	VARCHAR2	(1)	An indicator which specifies whether it is possible to override the number of credit points awarded upon successful completion on the unit. Setting the checkbox (ticked) allows the number of credit points to be overridden.
SUPP_EXAM_PERMITTED_IND	VARCHAR2	(1)	An indicator which specifies whether a supplementary examination or other supplementary assessment can be granted in this unit. Setting the checkbox (ticked) allows supplementary assessment to be granted.
COORD_PERSON_ID	NUMBER		The person identification number of the unit coordinator
OWNER_ORG_UNIT_CD	VARCHAR2	(30)	The code of the organisational unit that owns the unit.
OWNER_OU_START_DT	DATE		The date on which the owning organisational unit became current.
OU_DESCRIPTION	VARCHAR2	(360)	The description of an organisational unit. An organisational unit is a business unit of an institution or organisation. Common organisational units in tertiary institutions are faculties, schools, departments and divisions. Each organisational unit must be assigned a start date, description, status, organisational type and member type. An institution code may be assigned to an organisational unit.
AWARD_COURSE_ONLY_IND	VARCHAR2	(1)	An indicator which specifies whether the unit is available only to award course students. Setting the checkbox (ticked) restricts enrolment to award course students
RESEARCH_UNIT_IND	VARCHAR2	(1)	An indicator which specifies whether the unit is classified as a research unit. Setting the checkbox (ticked) classifies the unit as research.

SUP_UNIT_ALLOWED_IND	VARCHAR2	(1)	An indicator which specifies whether this unit can be classified as a superior unit in a superior / sub-unit relationship. INDUSTRIAL_IND	VARCHAR2	(1)	An indicator which specifies whether the unit is classified as an industrial experience unit, as described in the Higher Education Student Data Collection DETYA 1997, Element Number 337.
PRACTICAL_IND	VARCHAR2	(1)	An indicator which specifies whether the unit is classified as a practical experience unit, as described in the Higher Education Student Data Collection Glossary DETYA 1997.
REPEATABLE_IND	VARCHAR2	(1)	An indicator which specifies whether the unit may count more than once towards the satisfaction of course requirements. Setting the checkbox (ticked) enables a student to repeat an already passed unit.
ASSESSABLE_IND	VARCHAR2	(1)	An indicator which specifies whether the unit is assessed. Setting the checkbox (ticked) indicates that the unit is assessed
ACHIEVABLE_CREDIT_POINTS	NUMBER		The number of credit points awarded upon successful completion of the unit. This number may be overridden for an individual student if the OVERRIDE CREDIT POINTS indicator is set
POINTS_INCREMENT	NUMBER		Where the override credit point indicator is set, this field records the allowable credit point increment.
POINTS_MIN	NUMBER		Where the override credit point indicator is set, this field records the minimum number of credit points that can be awarded upon successful completion of the unit.
POINTS_MAX	NUMBER		Where the override credit point indicator is set, this field records the maximum number of credit points that can be awarded upon successful completion of the unit.
UNIT_INT_COURSE_LEVEL_CD	VARCHAR2	(10)	The internal course level grouping of the unit for WEFTSU purposes. WEFTSU = EFTSU * discipline.funding_index * unit_course_ level factor
UICL_DESCRIPTION	VARCHAR2	(60)	The description, or name, of the unit internal course level. Internal course levels are used in the determination of WEFTSU.
