The FEM_FUNCTION_CD_MAPPING table stores the relationship between the FUNCTION_CD concept (stored in FEM_ALLOC_BR_FORMULA) and the PREVIEW_ROW_GROUP concept (stored in FEM_MAPPING_PREVIEW_STATS).
