Description:	This lookup allows users to select the 'Case' for County and City in address suggestion list as the one that is entered in the Geography Model or the 'Init Cap' Case.

Code	Meaning	Description
CAPITALIZE_FIRST_CHAR	Capitalize First Character	By choosing this option, the user will be seeing City and County data in 'Init Cap' Case in the Address Suggestion Box. This is the Default Value.
NONE	None	By choosing this option, the user will be seeing City and County data as stored in the TCA Geography Model. No Additional Formatting will be required.
