Code	Meaning	Description
N	No	The user cannot modify the Sales Credits information. All visible credits will be in read-only format.
PARTIAL	Partial	If user is manager they can modify their and subordinates credit info.
Y	Yes	The user can add/modify/remove credits for all sales reps.
