Overview
IGI_IGISLSSA_XMLP_PKG is an Oracle Application Object Library (APPS) owned PL/SQL package body that supports an Oracle Reports XML Publisher concurrent program. The package is classified as OTHER in the ETRM repository and carries the header identifier IGISLSSAB.pls (120.0.12010000.1, dated 2008/07/29), indicating it originated in the Oracle Grants/Public Sector (IGI) product family and was last recompiled during the 12.1.1 code line. Its purpose is to supply the report trigger logic, lexical substitutions, format triggers, and group-filter controls required by the underlying .rdf report definition so that a user can audit group, process, and table enablement history — that is, to identify which configuration rows have been enabled, disabled, or removed, and whether those dates have been changed relative to an audit (AU) copy.
Key Procedures and Functions
The package documents eleven callable units. The core report interface consists of the following:
- AFTERREPORT — the closing report trigger; it returns TRUE, allowing the report to complete normally.
- BEFOREREPORT — the opening report trigger. It captures the concurrent request identifier via FND_GLOBAL.CONC_REQUEST_ID and initializes the bind parameters P_PROCESS_NAME_T, P_GROUP_NAME_T, and P_TABLE_NAME_T by applying NVL against the '%' wildcard, thereby converting optional user inputs into case-insensitive search strings for the report query.
- CF_1FORMULA, CF_2FORMULA, CF_3FORMULA — three user-defined formula columns. Each accepts one descriptive name argument (a group-for-table, group-for-process, or process-for-table name), assigns it to the package globals CP_GRP_NAME, CP_PRC_NAME, and CP_TAB_NAME respectively, and returns 1 to signal success.
- CP_GRP_NAME_P, CP_PRC_NAME_P, CP_TAB_NAME_P — accessor functions that return the captured global values so that the report's group-scoped fields can be lexicalised into the sub-queries.
- F_GTAB_DT_ENABLED_AU1FORMATTRI, F_GPRC_DT_ENABLED_AU1FORMATTRI, F_PTAB_DT_ENABLED_AU1FORMATTRI — format triggers that compare the current enabled/disabled/removed dates of a group-table, group-process, or process-table relationship against the corresponding audit (AU) columns. Each applies NVL against SYSDATE and returns 'N' when the two sets of dates match exactly, or 'Y' when any value differs, producing the visual flag that highlights changed configuration rows on the report output.
Tables Accessed
The ETRM metadata does not list any explicitly referenced tables or APPS synonyms for this package. The date-comparison format triggers receive their values as inbound parameters rather than querying directly, and the BEFORE-REPORT logic touches only FND_GLOBAL server-side state. All row retrieval for the report is therefore delegated to the companion .rdf query, not to the PL/SQL package itself.
Usage Notes
This package is invoked exclusively by its associated XML Publisher concurrent program; because no other package references it (referenced-by count of zero), it should be regarded as program-private. It cannot usefully be called from Forms or bespoke code, since its globals are scoped to a single report execution. Administrators will most often encounter the string "grp_table_enabled" when reviewing the group-table enablement section of this audit report or when diagnosing date-discrepancy flags produced by F_GTAB_DT_ENABLED_AU1FORMATTRI. The package is unchanged between 12.1.1 and 12.2.2.
