APPS.PJI_PORTAL_DFLT_PARAMS is a PL/SQL package body that belongs to the Oracle EBS Projects Intelligence (PJI) product family, the reporting and analytics layer associated with Oracle Project Management and Oracle Project Portfolio Management. Both functions contain a WHEN OTHERS THEN RAISE handler, so exceptions from the derivation package propagate unchanged to the caller rather than being masked.

Tables Accessed

The ETRM metadata documents no table references, either direct or through APPS synonyms. This is consistent with the source: neither function issues SQL. All database access required to derive the organization ID and enterprise quarter value is encapsulated inside PJI_PMV_DFLT_PARAMS_PVT, which resolves those values from the caller's session context and Projects profile options. The package is therefore a pure formatting and delegation layer with no direct data dependencies of its own.

Usage Notes
