Customizations that wish to call CHECK_SECURITY or SUBMIT_FORECAST should do so only with full awareness that signatures may change between patch levels, since this is an internal (OTHER-classified) package. For security validation, CHECK_SECURITY is the supported entry point for legal-entity access checks; for execution, SUBMIT_FORECAST should be invoked with the full parameter set as defined in the source header.
