OE_BULK_PROCESS_LINE is an APPS-owned PL/SQL package within the Oracle Order Management (OM) module of Oracle E-Business Suite, documented as VALID in both 12.1.1 and 12.2.2. It is called programmatically by the Order Import concurrent program and by its sibling packages in the bulk import family (OE_BULK_ORDER_PVT, OE_BULK_CONFIG_UTIL, OE_BULK_WF_UTIL). Customers extending Order Import should route custom logic through the supported Order Import interface tables and public APIs rather than calling this package directly, since internal signatures and processing sequence are not part of the committed public interface and may change across 12.1.1 to 12.2.2 upgrades and patches.
